Not every call is a new outlet. If an outlet is warm to the touch, sparking, discoloured, loose in the wall, no longer holding a plug or has simply stopped working, it needs to be looked at rather than ignored. These are early signs of loose terminations, worn contacts or a wiring fault behind the device.
We diagnose the outlet and the circuit feeding it, then repair or replace what is actually at fault. That may mean re-terminating connections, replacing a failed device, correcting reversed polarity or an open ground, replacing outdated two-prong ungrounded outlets, or resolving a repeatedly tripping GFCI.
If the outlet needs to move rather than be repaired, we can relocate the outlet to a more practical height or wall position as part of the same visit.

Can you just add an outlet to my existing circuit?+
Sometimes. Installing an outlet properly involves more than cutting into a wall and connecting a device. We assess the existing circuit, wiring and available load to make sure the new outlet can be added safely.
What if the outlet is for a large appliance or equipment?+
If the outlet is intended for equipment that requires more power - such as an EV charger, range, dryer or workshop tool - a dedicated circuit may be required. We can quote both the outlet and the dedicated circuit together.
